Three service arrangements to match different export frequencies and documentation complexity levels. All packages cover the full range of export documents we prepare.
Per-Shipment
The per-shipment arrangement is designed for exporters who ship irregularly — perhaps a few times per year, or seasonally. You engage us for each shipment individually, providing the commercial details and we prepare the complete document set required for that specific shipment and destination.
This arrangement suits companies that are beginning to export, or whose export activity is project-based rather than ongoing. There is no minimum commitment beyond the individual shipment.

- Certificate of origin (EUR.1, Form A or standard) as required
- CMR consignment note for road transport shipments
- Customs declaration supporting documents
- One revision cycle per document

Monthly Retainer
The monthly retainer is designed for exporters who ship consistently — multiple times per month — and need a reliable documentation partner they can hand work to without re-explaining their business each time. We maintain a profile of your products, your typical buyers, and your standard documentation requirements.
The retainer includes a defined number of document sets per month, priority turnaround, and preparation of Intrastat filings. It also includes monitoring of documentation requirement changes in your active markets, with notification when changes affect your document set.

Annual Programme
The annual programme is designed for established exporters with consistent, high-frequency shipment activity across multiple markets. It provides a full-year documentation partnership with the broadest scope of services and the deepest integration with your export operations.
Annual programme clients receive quarterly regulatory briefings on documentation requirement changes in their active markets, along with a review of their document templates to ensure continued compliance as requirements evolve.

Documents We Prepare
Every package covers the full range of export documents. Here is what each document is and what we include in its preparation.
Commercial Invoice
The primary transaction document for any international shipment. We prepare commercial invoices structured to the specific requirements of the destination market, including correct Incoterms presentation, customs value declaration, origin statements for preference claims, and the goods descriptions that customs authorities require.
Packing List
Physical breakdown of the shipment by package, including dimensions, gross and net weights, and contents. Prepared to cross-reference correctly with the commercial invoice and formatted to the level of detail required for the destination market and product type.
Certificate of Origin
EUR.1 movement certificates, Form A (GSP) certificates, and standard non-preferential certificates of origin, prepared for submission to the issuing body (Chamber of Commerce or AICEP). We complete all fields based on your product's origin status and the requirements of the destination market.
Customs Declaration Support Documents
The information sets, value declarations and supporting documents that accompany export customs declarations. We prepare the document package that your customs broker or freight agent needs to submit the electronic declaration to the Portuguese customs authority (AT). We do not submit declarations ourselves.
CMR Consignment Note
The contract of carriage for international road transport, prepared with all required fields completed, cross-referenced to the commercial invoice and packing list, and structured to reflect the actual transport arrangement. Applicable to road freight shipments across all markets.
Intrastat Filings
Monthly Intrastat declaration data preparation for companies that exceed the reporting threshold for intra-EU trade. We compile the required data from your shipment records — commodity codes, values, weights, partner country — ready for submission to INE through the Intrastat portal. Covers both dispatches and arrivals.
